20s black dress 1920s Black Silk Dress Dropped Peplum WaistLate 1920s early 1930s black dress in a sheer, crinkle silk chiffon and light as air. Bias cut; sleeveless with attached cape collar that drapes over shoulders. Flame stitched at hips with a series of 3 ruffled peplum layers above the hem. Pullover style slips on over the head; snap closures at left side. Very sheer; you will need a slip to wear underneath. *Shown over a black slip but not included with the dress. Recommended for an Extra Small Small.

Excellent condition. This gorgeous dress is very wearable with care, as it is silk chiffon. A tiny mend at the left hip, 3 tiny mends at the bottom near the hemline.
