How to Use Wildflower Seed Bombs
Option 1 – Toss & Water (easiest)
Place the seed bomb in a sunny, cleared area. Water regularly until sprouts appear.
Option 2 – Lightly Bury
Dig a small hole (2–4 inches), place the seed bomb inside, cover with soil, and water regularly.
Option 3 – Crumble & Scatter
Crumble the seed bomb by hand and spread evenly over prepared soil. Water well. This method usually does not require thinning.
Best results:
-
Full sun
-
Consistent watering during the first 2–3 weeks
-
Loosened soil for easier root growth
What’s Inside
Ingredients:
Kaolin Clay, Seed Starting Soil, Premium Wildflower Seed Mix (pollinator-friendly varieties)
No fillers. No synthetic chemicals. Just simple, natural materials designed to support real growth.
Why Pollinator Gardens Matter
Wildflowers provide essential food sources for honey bees, native bees, butterflies, and other pollinators — all of which play a critical role in healthy ecosystems and food systems.
Planting even a small patch of wildflowers helps:
-
Support declining pollinator populations
-
Increase biodiversity
-
Improve garden health naturally
Small actions add up. One seed bomb can feed hundreds of bees.
What are wildflower seed bombs?
Wildflower seed bombs are small balls made of clay, soil, and seeds that make planting flowers easy. You simply place them on soil, water, and let them grow.
Do seed bombs really work?
Yes. When placed in suitable soil with sunlight and regular watering, seed bombs help protect seeds and improve germination.
Where should I plant wildflower seed bombs?
Seed bombs grow best in sunny areas with loose soil, such as gardens, flower beds, planters, or open yard spaces.
Are these seed bombs bee friendly?
Yes. Our wildflower mix is selected to attract honey bees and other beneficial pollinators.
