Fertilize every 4-6 weeks during spring and summer, and repot every 2-3 years or when the plant becomes root-bound.

These are excellent and very well made for a 1 and 1/2 lb Chihuahua girl. I don't know how much they would hold up for a bigger dog but they're perfect for a little one.
